PewDiePie has been banned from Roblox right when he needs all the help he can get, as his subscriber gap with main rival T-Series narrows to just 52k, according to reports.
Pewds put together a pretty popular game of Roblox as his server had more than 15,000 concurrent people playing alongside the YouTuber.The ban was another entry in a list of apparently puzzling mod choices from the Roblox team, as fans voiced their confusion on the ban which led the devs to give a response.
Thinking perhaps he could throw some of that Midas touch onto Roblox, he gave that gaming platform a go.
Sources close to the Roblox Corporation has told YouTuber ‘greenlegocats123’ that the company “does not moderate people for off-site activity.” A rule that greenlegocats123 highlights as the reason why users believed to be pedophiles have kept their accounts, since their wrongdoings were done on other sites.
However, in a turn of events the YouTuber has now been banned from Roblox – even though it’s safe to say he would have introduced many more punters to the game than before.
Still, bosses over at Roblox didn’t want Pewds’ kind playing on the platform, as someone believed to be a member of Roblox staff wrote on YouTube: ‘PewDiePie is no longer permitted on Roblox due to his content redirecting to unsafe and inappropriate sites/channels, as well as continued inappropriate behavior, that would not be permitted on Roblox, on his own channel. (sic)’
